This offer cannot be combined with any other discount. Signed contract and deposit must be received by 09/30/2024. Delivery must occur within 12-months of the signed contract to receive the full value of the discount and lock in original pricing. 
   
   
2. Package Calculator:
   
   The package calculator provided by Matthews is designed solely for the purpose of demonstrating estimated costs and projected return on investment (ROI) as a simulation tool. The calculations and projections generated by this tool are based on certain assumptions and inputs provided by the user. It is important to understand that will be additional fees outside Matthews assessment, such as permitting, environmental impact fees, and building update costs which can effect the overall ROI estimate.
