The PRO30 is the Matthews Environmental Solutions cremation system for a funeral home bringing cremation in-house, or replacing a single retort. It handles 4 to 5 cases a day and decedents up to 750 lb (340 kg), with a 39 in (99 cm) door and front cleanout. MPYRE® takes every case through the same four steps and shows the operator only the actions that apply right now, so a new operator is useful on day one. Case data is entered once in the office and stays on screen through the cycle: ID, name, container, weight, case type, status. Remote preheat, live progress, and alarms come to your phone, and Matthews stays on the machine after the install truck leaves. Available in Alpine or Graphite. Built to run for decades.

The MAX100 is the Matthews Environmental Solutions cremation system for a floor that doesn't stop. It's rated for 10-plus cases a day, handles decedents up to 1,000 lb (454 kg), and adds a 125 cu ft (3.5 m³) secondary chamber, an in-line auto loader, additional combustion air, an additional primary chamber burner, and front or rear cleanout. Matthews connects in real time with full system access to live chamber temperatures, suction, burner and air percentages, valve positions, opacity, and oxygen. Cycle and case data log automatically, and software updates are included.
